This location is in an opportunity zone project in partnership with Argosy Real Estate and includes 108 apartments with 2,314 SF of retail space that will benefit its neighbors on 8th Ave. Jared Bradley Projects is the architect for the project and Certified Construction is the general contractor.

The 2,314 SF retail space is part of the 8th Avenue corridor; a region quickly becoming one of Nashville’s newly urbanized parts neighborhoods.
