It’s been a year since CA South completed the adaptive reuse of its current headquarters in Wedgewood Houston. The developer completed this project at a time where development activity was near its peak. The opening of their HQ was punctuated by nearby projects such as SOHO house opening and Nashville Warehouse by AJ Capital as well as other adaptive reuse projects and new mixed-use developments. CA South believed the unique building was worth preserving, citing its incredible structural soundness, and believes the structure enhances the character and charm of the neighborhood.
