This past week our team traveled to Chattanooga, TN, for our annual corporate retreat. We are intentional about this time each year and believe it is vital to our company culture and success as a team.
The Dwell Hotel, in downtown Chattanooga, provides a cozy and unique place to stay. Upon arrival, our team enjoyed a locally sourced gift box from Locals Only before heading to dinner at Stir.
For the next two days, we focused on the following: learning from our teammates, reviewing the DiSC each team member took, reviewing our personal and team goals, and going over the CA South principles and design ethos.
We also took time as a team to enjoy all that downtown Chattanooga had to offer. The walkability, greenery, architecture, art, and river provided the perfect place to come together to envision, plan, and build the future of CA South.
