As recently covered in the Nashville Post, CA south acquired a roughly 2 acre site off Charlotte avenue in Nashville very near to Sylvan Supply and other strong neighborhood amenities.
The site located at 405 40th Avenue North will be a mixed use project featuring retail and residential apartments.
