Ca South Development is a boutique real estate investment and development firm that focuses on niche mixed-use commercial projects in South-Eastern markets.

We are vertically integrated to manage investments by identifying unique opportunities with our combination of local knowledge and ground-up operating expertise. We build capital stacks from the top down to the meterial benefit of our partners and investors.

Steve Armistead, AAPRE

Steve Armistead – a licensed broker since 1993. Steve Armistead has more than earned his status as one of Nashville’s truly visionary realtors and developers. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Business Administration, Steve has 30 years of commercial real estate development/brokerage success in the Nashville area market. A co-founder of Armistead Barkley, Inc., and Senior Vice President of Crosland Tennessee, Steve was one of the original forces behind the phenomenally successful Gulch development in downtown Nashville. Also at Arnold Realty, Steve helped develop the former Caster Knott Building in downtown Nashville, the Sony/BMG Building on Music Row, the 1101 McGavock St. Building (Whiskey Kitchen, Kayne Prime), Terrazzo in the Gulch and the Bohan Office Building. Most recent projects include Voce housing development on Granny White Pike and the mixed-use, retail and multifamily 1000 Division St. building in the Gulch. An active member of the Nashville community, Steve has served on the boards of multiple non–profit organizations and is an active member of the Nashville YMCA and West End United Methodist Church.

Jared Bradley, The Bradley Development Group

The Bradley Development Group began in San Diego, California focused primarily on public-private, mass-transit real estate developments across Southern California. Led by architect-developer Jared Bradley, the company pursues urban infill projects with an approach to development that encourages a mix of building types and uses, diverse housing and transportation options, development within existing neighborhoods, and community engagement. The company brings expertise deeply routed in efficient, smarter-growth, high-yield developments.

The Bradley Projects is a full-service architectural firm that focuses on mixed-use, multi-family, transit-oriented urban infill projects as well as residential, retail, and commercial developments. Licensed in five states, the firm has a keen understanding of all aspects of construction and design, and generates all facets of the architectural process to its own projects with partners and investors and for private clients. The firm also offers consulting services in architecture, urban design, project management, interior design and code compliance.

Scott Delano, Certified Construction Services

Certified Construction Services team has over 25 years of experience in commercial construction of all types. Scott Delano leads the company with a vast background in multi- family, mixed-use, hospitality and various retail projects. The company brings a depth of experience and expertise maintaining and managing project budget and schedules. Certified Construction Services is well known for assisting difficult projects to realization through the combined teams expertise in value engineering, modified construction techniques and creative approaches to challenging site or project conditions. The companies team has been involved in the construction of the following selected projects: Thecompany has been active in constructing and managing multiple mixed-use, multi-family, retail, industrial and commercial projects in Nashville and San Diego.

Born in California, but currently calling Nashville, Tennessee home, real estate developer Meg Epstein has years of experience creating efficient, modern lifestyles for people where it matters most: their homes and neighborhoods. Developing and establishing spaces that support whole living and simplify home and work life for individuals is a personal passion of hers.

Meg offers unparalleled expertise and resources to real estate investors, developers and strategic partners around the globe. With 10 years of hard-won results in luxury residential real estate, developing everything from celebrity homes in Bel Air to luxury wine country retreats in Napa Valley to mid-rise condos along Nashville’s waterfront. Over the course of her career, she’s been involved in the development and construction of over 260,000 square feet of residential and commercial real estate representing over $150 million to date. She is a licensed Commercial Contractor, licensed Residential Contractor, CCIM candidate, and licensed real estate agent; she also keeps a private pilot’s license and bareboat charter sailing certification.
